Discovering the North Shore... with gourmet treasures!

Tasting the North Shore is probably the best way to immerse oneself in the local culture. Rich in terroir products, the region has a lot to offer to food enthusiasts!

With this in mind, the "Marché aux Trésors" offers you a discovery box overflowing with North Shore products that will allow you to savor our gourmet favorites. This Baie-Comeau-based company highlights the favorite Quebec products of its two owners, Caroline and Nathalie.

The discovery box they have chosen to present to us includes 10 terroir products made by 10 companies from the North Shore! You can purchase it online or at the store, located at 625 Laflèche Boulevard (office 203) in Baie-Comeau.

 

  1. Herbamiel - Cloudberry and Honey Spread

Specializing in beekeeping, Herbamiel offers this refined spread made from cloudberry and honey. A fruit worth discovering, cloudberry resembles a blueberry with a slightly tart touch!

 

 

2. Sel Saint-Laurent

The first sea salt made in Quebec!

This salt is of unparalleled quality, produced in the Saguenay-Saint-Laurent marine park. The water used comes from the Labrador Current, originating in the Arctic Ocean. By choosing this salt, you contribute to the local economy and help preserve the biodiversity of the St. Lawrence River.

Made from organic and fair trade cocoa beans and cane sugar, this dark chocolate bar offers fruity flavors of kiwi and passion fruit with hints of coffee and citrus. The chocolate is entirely made on-site in Port-Cartier, and the camerise comes from Ferme Manicouagan.
