La Manicouagan
The Manicouagan RCM is a huge area along the St. Lawrence River, covering more than 140 kilometres. In addition to the eight municipalities and the Innu community, it has a vast unorganized territory called the TNO de la Rivière-aux-Outardes, allowing residents and visitors to enjoy our large spaces for outdoor activities. Each of the MRC's municipalities has its own characteristics and colours. The beauty of the landscapes, the numerous waterways, the proximity to the sea allow to preserve incredible images during each visit in Manicoi territory.
Developed around the central city of Baie-Comeau, the RCM is an exceptional region recognized for the warm welcome of its citizens and its must-see attractions. During your next visit, be sure to visit the Daniel-Johnson Dam, the Pointe-des-Monts lighthouse, the heritage districts of the city of Baie-Comeau, the Pointe-aux-Outardes Nature Park and much more!
Manicouagan, a region of human size where the quality of life is unparalleled.
